A Jelly Roll Bikini
Did you know that March is National Craft Month? Yep, it’s a month to stay home from work and join us on a island retreat over at Moda. If I’m going to be on an an island for a month, I told Chelsea she could come along too. She got all excited when I let her try on a jelly roll strip for her Bikini top. I swear it almost didn’t fit!
Now she’s waiting for me to make her a bikini bottom to wear on the island. She wants to look good if everyone is going, so I’ll have to take my “bodkin” on the retreat to pull the elastic through the legs of her bikini bottom. How many jelly roll strips will it take to make her a bikini bottom? Humm, maybe I should take along an extra jelly roll.
This dog is getting a such big head! Word is out that she’s going to be in the next Moda catalog. Next thing you know we’ll be saying “designed by Chelsea Sutton”.
Check out the Moda blog and learn about all the notions everyone loves. You just might find something you must have!

Chelsea is so gorgeous, she should be starring in her own spread
in Doggie Vogue. I’m sure all the other pooches would be jealous of her in
her bikini :)

Oh. And there I was thinking you were going to say she’d be the centerfold—in her cool new bikini of course!

Shellie is so glad Chelsea is setting such great, stylish trends in Doggy Couture and can’t wait to see her catalog debut! Suppose she could get an autograph?

“Designed by Chelsea”–sounds good. I’m seeing light pink fabric, tan doggie bones tied with dark pink bows and gray toy mice. Followed by “Hounds of Halloween” (with candy corn, of course) then “Chelsea does Christmas”…Stop me, please!

Oh my…she seems to be saying, “This is embarrassing…where’s the rest of my bikini?” I hope you get it made soon, the top sure is adorable :)

Ohhh what an absolute darling! Look forward to seeing more of Chelsea.
Lovely post too, it really made me smile. Our little cat tends to steal the limelight in our household, I’m just one of her doting housekeeping staff :)
Hugs to you both x
