Is it the 5th yet?
I rushed around like crazy yesterday trying to get things done. Have you ever had one of those weeks where you can’t remember what day it is? I thought today was March 5th and I rushed to get my newsletter done and even posted block three of Henrietta! When I realized today is only the 4th I decided to leave block three up. You get the pattern early because I don’t know what day it is! Mooch watched me all day trying to figure out why on earth I was rushing around. Wonder what Mooch was thinking? Did you get what you wanted for Christmas?
Did you get what you wanted for Christmas? Mooch did! She got a pink catnip mouse and became a wild beast on Christmas Eve. It took her less than 1/2 hour to tear off the tail and pull out the stuffing. Catnip all over the floor and, after she was done rolling in it, all over the house! If you judge a good Christmas by the amount of laughter in the house, this year was a great one! My granddaughters and I made red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting for Christmas Eve dessert. I think there was more frosting on them than the cupcakes, but a lot of laughing…

Oh Those Bunny Hill Pets
Oh what I do to my pets. Life in the studio is fun every day thanks to them! Chelsea will do or try just about anything… She’ll even stand on the dreaded scale… no treats when she’s on this! Today is Bitsy’s Birthday!
I’m never too busy to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Bitsy! She’s 15 today! Oh my goodness I love her so much! She’s gray, deaf, and has a few more scars, but someday we’ll be just like her. Only, We won’t have a button on our backs! Happy Birthday Bitsy Button Sutton! Go ahead stand in the grass and bark to have me carry you inside. I don’t mind at all! You’ve earned it! It’s September 5th and if you read my newsletter today you know that we have 2 winners in the “I Love My Pet” contest! What an exciting end to a wonderful month! Congratulations Franklin & Terry!
