Welcome to the Sweet World of Petals & Polkadots

There’s something magical about mixing dots with the timeless charm of florals.  That magic is what inspired my newest fabric collection, Petals & Polkadots.  In a palette of cherry red, soft pink, creamy white, and linen, this line is a celebration of all things sweet, romantic, and cottage-chic.

You’ll find delicate blossoms, whimsical dots, classic ginghams, slender stripes, and graceful paisleys—each print designed to mix and match with vintage flair. Whether you’re drawn to romantic reds or the softest shades of pink, this collection brings a touch of joy and whimsy to every stitch.

Petals & Polkadots Quilt:

To bring Petals & Polkadots to life, I’ve designed a special appliqué quilt I’m also calling “Petals & Polkadots”.  It’s filled with blooming flowers, charming birds, and plenty of love. It’s the perfect project for anyone who loves cottage gardens and appliqué stitching. I think it’s terrific for Valentine’s Day.  The finished quilt measures 52″ x  54″.

First Blooms:

Here’s another fun one—a posy-filled quilt for any time you need some flowers or romance in your life—sweet, simple, and oh-so-lovely in red and pink.  I’m calling this one First Blooms.  This quilt finishes at 50″ x 50″, and the best thing is that you can make it from a Jelly Roll and a charm pack.

Posy Time:

Posy Time is a charm pack quilt that finishes at 32″ x 37″.  It’s simple, fun, and fast.  You can finish this one in a day!   The only thing you have to decide is whether you want your flowers made from applique circles or yo-yos!

Miss Sweet Pea & February Romance:

And if you’d like to add a little charm to your home,  these mini quilts are designed to warm up any room with cozy, handmade style.  You can hang them on a wall or simply display them on a table.  They each measure 18″ x 18″.  I’ve named the little chicken quilt “Miss Sweet Pea” and the little basket filled with hearts “February Romance”.
