Pre-cuts and scrap bags are two of my favorite things! And pre-cuts are always more fun when they go on sale. We’ve rounded up all the fat quarter bundles, layer cakes, jelly rolls, charm squares, and mini charms in stock and put them on sale for 25% off! We’ve also put our remaining Flower Farm fabric on sale. It’s time to decide what fabrics you love and add them to your stash. You know how the fabric world works…here now and gone tomorrow. Scrap Bags are here!

While shopping for pre-cuts, look at our scrap bag section too. We have scraps from Moda for our next fabric line, Blueberry Delight, all packaged up and waiting for you! These are the “end cuts” from the sales team’s sample yardage. The supply is limited, so we only allow two scrap bags per person. If you’ve ordered these before, you know three little scrap bundles are in each bag.  You can find the scrap bags here!

Blueberry Delight is coming soon!

Blueberry Delight is shipping in October, and we’ll have patterns, pre-cuts, and Moda quilt kits for our Blueberry Delight main quilt. We’ve just added the downloadable PDF versions for all of the Blueberry Delight patterns to our website, and if you’re anxious to get started, you can purchase these now. The print versions of these patterns will follow soon. You’ll find all the new patterns under “What’s New.” SVG files are also available for our main applique quilt, Blueberry Delight, and our new basket quilt, Twenty Blue Baskets.

Say Hello to Blueberries & Cream!

 I love vintage-looking quilts, and I’m on a mission to design a few of these for my own home. I hope you love this one as much as I do! I’m going to hang this quilt in my family room to enjoy until I start holiday decorating.

Blueberries & Cream is Fat Eighth friendly, and the Blueberry Delight fabric line is perfect for this quilt! I used most of the blue/cream prints for the blocks, but I’m tempted to make this one again using all the cream prints for a low-volume look! Blueberries & Cream finishes at 59 1/2″ x  73 ½”

Ba-Ba Blue Sheep…

Wait, what? Blue sheep? Why not when you’re working on a blue-and-cream fabric line?

In honor of Blueberries & Cream, I’m calling our newest petite pattern Shortcake & Baby!

Shortcake is easy to make; you’ll want to make her baby once you’ve finished making her! She’s perfect for Christmas decorating, standing next to those Glitter Houses. She’s adorable for the Easter holiday table, or maybe you know someone like me who loves little lambs!

She’s got the cutest legs ever, so start searching your yard for the perfect twigs. If you can’t find similar size legs, you can order “Craft Sticks” from Amazon, as I did. You’ll need to cut the twigs to size, so make it easy and use your garden pruners!

I hope you all enjoy your weekend!  Even though I don’t commute to work, I always feel like the weekend gives me wind-down time.  A chance to visit the Farmer’s Market for that beautiful fresh fruit or Home Depot for a few more garden plants.  Have a great one, everyone!
