Then we all saw the little felt lamas went crazy!  Aren’t they the cutest things ever?   The pattern is in the magazine. Here’s an idea… As soon as we’re done with all…

  • Sliced…Have you heard about it?

I love watching “Project Runway” and “Project All-stars”.   I don’t always agree with the judges but that’s part of the fun.  I sit here in my studio, comment away on what they say and no one’s the wiser.   No one’s the wiser until now.  Along came this new online show from Moda called …             …and I’m going to be one of the “guest” judges!  Me!  A judge!  Yep…It’s my big chance!!! S l i c e d: the newest competition from Moda Bake Shop! Enter the competition and you could win some amazing prizes and maybe you’ll be crowned the next Moda Bake…

  • Quilt Blocks for Jeaneane

When Jeaneane finally moves into her new home she’ll take a box of quilt blocks with her that some of you have sent.  Yippee!   Just look at these!   There’s enough here for quilts, table runners, totes and even a framed picture or two to hang in her new home. Why yesterday a quilt block arrived all the way from France.  It didn’t arrive in time for the photo collage, but it’s in the box, ready to ship to Jeaneane. Today we put all the names in a bowl, mixed them up and did a drawing.  1 entry for each quilt block. Ready?  We have 2 winners! Congratulations to Christa and…

  • The nicest people read my blog!

Thank you to each and everyone of you who read my blog.  You are some of the nicest people I know.  I’ve seen your kindness everyday when I get the mail.  The blocks for Jeaneane are wonderful and it amazes me to see them all! I need a bit more time to photograph the blocks and pull together the prize drawing but I’ll get it done soon!  Jeaneane is going to have so much fun looking at all of the blocks you’ve made!  I’ll be sharing them and announcing the prize winners very soon! As December races by, I’ve spent most of my time trying to finish my new Redwork…
