I live just two hours away from the artichoke capital of the world, Castroville, California. If you visit northern California and you drive to Monterey, you’ll probably drive right through that little town. During the summer months you can buy deep-fried artichoke hearts from stands that spring up for the visitors passing through. I doubt I’ll drive through there without thinking about the funny comments left by so many of you in my last post! Last night while you were sleeping we launched our new website. As with anything new, it may take us a few days to work out any glitches, but I’m hoping we don’t have any!
