What on earth is a critter?
Hummm what kind of critter do you think I might have on my new Christmas quilt? Could it be a possum with her babies? Or how about a camel? Or a tiger might be nice! Truth is some of you have already guessed it! You’re so smart and you know who you are! Here’s a “little” hint just in case you haven’t gotten that email from me yet. Critter… what do you consider a critter? Hope you enjoy these wonderful drawings from my Grand-daughter Michaela. She’s an artist in the making! Back soon, Anne

The Yellow House
This was one of those houses that just made me swoon. If you visit the Cotswolds in England, and you drive the country roads you might find it. It has to be one of a kind and the story of the house will remain a mystery. I’m not sure I could find it again; too many country roads going in too many directions. I wanted so much to know the history. Who lives here and how many families have lived here before them? How old is the house? Has it always been the palest of yellows? What stories can it tell, this beauty of a house! I spent Saturday with this house, but…

Paris Mode
I’m in the Paris mode judging from the guesses coming in for my new Block of the Month! You have me wishing for a pink, French Christmas quilt! Ahh, how many of you would really buy a pink Christmas quilt? Sale of one pattern to Bunny Hill but the rest of you? Well you saw the fabric I’m using in my last post and I’m in more of a universal mode, but I’m always dreaming of Paris… I loved Paris and I would return in a minutes’ notice just for a chance to browse the flea markets for treasures! Anyone ready for a Paris treasure hunt? I actually looked up costs online today for next year. I’m…

I Led You Astray!
Remember the days before the dog photos? They days when I was giving you hints about my newest block of the month? If you guess the theme of the Christmas block of the month I’m working on, you’ll be entered into a drawing for a nice prize. It might even include some Cath Kidston treats I picked up in Europe! I led you astray with the pink featherweight post. It wasn’t on purpose! Really! When I read your comments I had to laugh. Someone started talking about a pink Christmas and the next thing I knew you were all going down that path! ( Can’t imagine why you think I’d put pink in one of my quilts!) Well…

Thank you one and all!
The Bunny Hill “I Love My Pet Contest” is officially closed! I’ll announce the winner on September 5th! This is my last pet post! Over 800 photographs have been submitted! I hope you’ve enjoyed the past week. I’ve looked at so many pictures I just can’t believe it! I’ve read your emails, laughed and cried with you, and never in a million years did I think I’d end up with this many photos! I tried to post as many pictures as I could and of course I couldn’t post them all. Even if your photo wasn’t posted, you’re still entered in my contest. What a group they make when viewed all at once. You can see all…
