New patterns are here!
Hollyhocks & Roses is only one month away from its November shipping date! Can you believe November will be here before we know it? I’m always surprised at how fast the year passes, but this year, 2024, is flying by on jet skis! I can hardly believe it!
In anticipation of Hollyhocks & Roses, patterns are now available in print and PDF formats on my website!
Central Park…
Look around the next time you walk through a park close to you. A lot happens in a park that you’ll miss if you don’t pay attention. Mother Nature has so many sweet gifts for us! She’s been busy bringing us caterpillars, squirrels, snails, worms, frogs, birds, nests, flowers, and, of course, trees, and you can find them all in our Central Park quilt. Oh, and I can’t forget butterflies!
Central Park (the quilt) is traveling right now, and you can see it in person at Material Things in Monroe, Louisiana! Be sure to stop by and say hello! Here’s the address:
Rainbow Sherbet…
The Rainbow Sherbet pattern is available on our website in PDF and print format! I’m working on this quilt now and love how my blocks look—dainty and sweet! I made an SVG file of the petal templates and cut them using my Cricut cutting machine. I was able to cut all the freezer paper templates I needed in a very short amount of time. You are missing out if you haven’t tried using a cutting machine for our applique templates! Many of our new patterns will have SVG files available very soon, and if you’ve purchased Rainbow Sherbet and would like to use my template SVG file for your cutting machine, send me an email, and I’ll gladly share it with you.
Scrap Bags…
I just listed Hollyhocks & Roses Scrap Bags on our website. These are perfect for making the petal templates in Rainbow Sherbet, so if you plan on making this quilt, you can get a head start on the petals right now! You’ll have something to play around with while waiting for the fabric to arrive in November. Scrap bags are limited, and we only allow 2 per person.
Frequent Flyers…
Frequent Flyers is such a simple and sweet butterfly quilt, and I love it in Hollyhocks and Roses fabrics. You can make a smaller version with just two or three rows of butterflies, rotate a few of them, and you’ll quickly have a table runner!
Iris…
Iris is our newest petite pattern, available in print or PDF! This is a great beginner pattern; you might want to share it with someone you know who is just starting to sew. Iris is so cute on a garland or a wreath. Bet you can’t make just one!
Have a really fun week, everyone! I’ll be back soon!
Hugs,
Anne
