Snow Happy Hearts

Snow Happy Hearts are back

Many of you have already made these hearts, but if you missed Snow Happy Hearts in 2018, we’ve made them available again.   Just in time for some Christmas sewing, you can choose the ones you love best or purchase the complete set of twelve.  These are downloadable PDF patterns.  There’s a snowman for every month of the year, and together, they make the cutest set of ornaments!  You can decorate a tree, garland, or wreath, give them as gifts, use them as party favors, fill a glass bowl for a table centerpiece, or dress up a table by putting one at each place setting.

For the snowmen, we used Primitive Muslin Flannel from Primitive Gatherings and Moda Fabrics. You can find it on our website, and you’ll need about 1/2 yard for all the snowmen.  I loved using this fabric for the snowmen; it works for any applique method and it’s soft to the touch!  I’ve added a Happy New Year banner for the January snowman.  You can print this banner on your inkjet printer using the June Tailor Fabric Sheets, which are also available on our website.   One fabric sheet will print 14 Happy New Year banners, so you’ll have plenty if you want to make several of the January hearts as gifts.
