Snow Happy Hearts Club
Our Snow Happy Hearts Club starts today! You’ll find Miss January in our newsletter, on our website and right here in this blog. She’s a sweet little snow angel, the first of 12 “snowmen”.
I’ve had so much fun using Lisa Bongean’s Primitive Muslin Flannel for my snowmen and I hope you do too. It’s on back-order at Moda but you’ll find it on our website around the end of January. If you can’t wait, you can get it directly from Primitive Gatherings (sku #1040-21). You’ll need 1/2 yd for all the hearts. This month’s pattern includes the General Instructions and Materials Needed for all twelve hearts. My heart fabrics will vary each month but I’ll be using Mistletoe Lane throughout.
This is your chance to get creative and think up ways to use these hearts. You could applique them to a 10″ or 12″ background square and make a quilt, stitch them into “mini” quilts for gifts, or use them like I have as decorations. I can’t wait to show you all 12 hearts together! Post your pictures on Instagram or Facebook using #snowhappyhearts so we can all see what you’ve done.
Happy New Year everyone! I hope you enjoy the snowmen!
Hugs,
Anne

I have tried several times to print this but it doesn’t work. Could you send the pattern to this email address please.
Thank you

Thank you so much – it’s adorable, as I’m sure the others will be also. Would it be safe to assume that the heart shape will be the same each month? I’ve been organizing my scraps, and would like to go ahead and cut out the hearts before I start chopping up the fabric for other projects. Working on January right now!!
