Pat Sloan’s Radio goes to Quilt Market!
I adore Pat Sloan. She’s made the quilting world so much fun by hosting her radio show every week. She brings many different talents into our homes and makes us feel like we’re sitting right there with her! American Patchwork and Quilting is now the sponsor of Pat’s show! Congratulations Pat on such a winning combination!
Pat was at International Quilt Market in Salt Lake City this year and I had the honor of being interviewed by her! Click on the photo, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the podcast with my name. You’ll hear me, Kimberly Jolly from Fat Quarter Shop, Sandy Klop of American Jane and Patty Young of modkid! You can sew away and listen to us talk…something we all love to do!
Now for some more fun! I promised a giveaway and here it is! You just might win some of my newest fabric line Puttin’ on the Ritz!
Just tell me what color of Puttin’ on the Ritz you’re dreaming about and you could win! One of these bundles could be on the way to you Friday morning!
Hope you enjoy the radio show! A big thank you to Pat Sloan!
Hugs,
Anne

I’ve just surfaced after an awful, and L-O-N-G, divorce which tried to suck the very air out of me … One of the first things I saw and truly belly-laughed over was your Raining Cats and Dogs pattern, and I giggled over how you used the various patterns of fabric for roofing, fur, umbrellas, and so on to really bring your pattern to life with such charm. My living and financial circumstances prevent me from buying, much less working on, this quilt pattern any time soon, but as so many of us who’ve been through hard times and/or heartache know, there is simply no replacement for hope, laughter, or dreaming. I just wanted to write to thank you for a few moments of genuine joy.
Should I happen to win … Considering my hair is now a rather pretty color I call silver, that I’ve been *so* drawn to that tender color which for many represents the soul of a new little girl (especially during this time when my own soul has needed mending), and the blue is lovely, too — and *any* of the three would encourage my dream of someday working on your Raining Cats and Dogs quilt — honestly, I’d be thrilled with any of them. :)

Beautiful new fabric. If I have to pick one color, it would be the blue! Although I think they are all wonderful.
