Love those Jelly Rolls!
I’m in love with Jelly Rolls. There’s just something so dang sweet about them! Yesterday I went to the Moda web site and ta da! My favorite Jelly Rolls appeared! I was so surprised to see that Lily & Will were having coffee hot chocolate with Moda!

I like to cut my own strips, and the reason for that is I want to prewash my fabric. I am quite adamant about it, probably due to the fact that I’ve had unfortunate results (bleeding) from NOT washing my fabric. I agree that it would be great to “unroll and begin to sew,” but it’s just not for me.

I always promise myself that I will open and use a Jelly Roll but they just look so darned cute sitting there that I end up never finding the perfect project worthy of opening one!

I love jelly rolls and charm squares! My daughter is 10 and she just made her first bag with charm squares!
So it was much easier to teach her to sew and quilt with them!
