• Stone Bridge

    We spent two days in Regensburg, Germany.  If you ever get the chance to visit Germany, Regensburg is a town to see.   To think that you can walk across the Danube River on a cobblestone bridge during the 1100’s! Regensburg was spared during the war so the buildings are old and very charming.  We saw marks on many of the old buildings showing the water line from flooding over the years.  Many water lines were over my head and yet these beautiful buildings still stand with such charm.   • “Bird Legs”

    It was at the zoo in Augsburg, Germany that I discovered the true meaning of the words “bird legs”. Stranger things have happened I’m sure, but for me this guy gets the prize.  Sunbathing has never been so good. Enjoy your Monday! Hugs, Anne

    Please welcome Elke to our family!   Thank you Elke for saying “yes” to my son.  You are a ray of sunshine in his life, and we are so blessed to have you as a part of our family! You make us smile and laugh!  Our lives are better because of you! The wedding was a fairy tale wedding that took place in Konstanz, Germany.  The day was perfect from start to finish! And thank you Switzerland and Germany for your hospitality and breathtakingly beautiful country! I could have stayed for days and days.  Our charming hotel was across the border in Switzerland!  Only about 1/4 of a mile from the German border, but I can say I’ve been to Switzerland!   …
