mimi'sdarlins - Oh, so darn cute! I can never resist dots, have been collecting them for years and one of these days want to make a big quilt out of them. Love the button idea too….who doesn’t love buttons on a quilt? I see the look in Chelsea’s eye but Milkshake is obviously ignoring her. I’d stay out of this one, just let them work it out for themselves :)ReplyCancel

  • March 4, 2015 - 6:34 am

Barb - Oh Anne, you’ve done it again. This Dottie Mini Charm Quilt is just too, too cute. I just love those little dots! I’m heading over to check out the kits on your website.

And as much as I love the Dottie, I absolutely love those pup-steers!!! Milkshake and Chelsea are just so cute! I wonder what they are looking at? Don’t you love how everything is just interesting to a dog? Give ’em both a hug and a scratch from me.

Thanks for sharing them with us!ReplyCancel

You’re probably not thinking about Halloween now, but I am.  Olivia made me do it!  I started wondering what she’d look like in Halloween fabric, maybe holding a candy bar… So we stitched up one Olivia and then had to stitch more.       Olivia would look pretty cute surrounded with pumpkins on your […]

Elizabeth - Oh Ann I love Halloween . These are just too cute.

Sometimes I’m inspired by unexpected things.  I’ve been watching house renovation shows like “Love It Or List It” and “The Property Brothers” on HGTV.  They got me thinking about what makes a house a home, nesting, and how much love we all put into our homes. Soon I was sketching out a quilt and “The […]

PAtricia G Hayes - HI Anne, Good for you, oh to be so talented as you. However I will enjoy the fruits of your labors.

I, too, sit and do handwork while watching the very same shows as you. In fact grandson just called and told me how he wants to learn to do what those people do and I suggested to him that he watch those shows also. haha apropos

Do you get kumquats out there also. We had a kumquat festival here in FL a few months ago, and I now have several peat pots growing with the seeds. Hopeful I will have some someday. I also love calamondins, neither of which I can get locally only the kums once a year.

How wonderful that you have the other farms so close by.
