all in a row
All in a Row, from the Moda designers!
If you haven’t seen this book yet, you’re going to want one! It’s the first of the Moda All-Stars books from Martingale. There are many more books to come and I predict you’ll want them all! The best thing about this book is that the proceeds go to No Kid Hungry, a charitable organization dedicated to ending childhood hunger. Isn’t that the greatest? Imagine, a book you can buy that will help a child!
Moda’s doing a blog hop right now that you don’t want to miss. Each designer in the book was asked to make another designer’s row. Truth be told, we weren’t exactly asked, we were assigned another designer’s row.
If you have the book, open it to page 24 and you’ll see my row that I’m going to show you on Sunday. Then flip to page 58 and you’ll see the designer’s row that I’m finishing up today. I can’t wait to show it to you! I could easily make it into an entire quilt.
You’re going to have to stop back Sunday (January 24th) to see my version of page 58. Oh, and if you are one of the first 9 comments in my LAST blog post (NOT THIS ONE, MY LAST ONE called “January, a Fresh New Month) I’ll send you a free copy of this book. If you already have it, I’ll think of something else to send you. Send me an email with your address!
You can follow this blog hop to see what the other designers have done with their “partners” rows. It will give you some great ideas! You’ll find the links below.

I love the snowmen runner and the sand pails. Both are so cute.

What a great quilt row! Perfect for summertime! After all of the snow we’ve had, it would be fun to make such a sunny project! Great idea for a collaborative project with other designers. Love your designs, Anne!

I just checked and I think I was the very, very lucky No. 9 Commenter on your last blog post!

I pre-ordered this book from Martingale as anything Moda does is pure joy. I visit the Bake Shop at least once a week. Saw your name and know that is a good sign of fun things.

Thanks for the designer links. I bought this book online and wasn’t disappointed. I can’t wait to use yours pattern plus others then create an applique row of my own.
Wonderful cause, “No Kid Hungry”, I appreciate all the designer efforts.

Love your row! I’m sewing along. So far, I’ve got the house row and 2 “filler” rows complete. I’m hoping to find time next week to do more.

I read your post and then went to your prior one and yipee skippy. 😀
I’ve been reading all about the rows and designers. You and Moda and the other designs are wonderful to give your time and talent and $$ to help No Kid Hungry
Thank you

So very bummed! Just home from work and saw your offer for a free copy of this fabulous book that I knew I wanted (but really can’t afford) from the first moment I saw it. Just checked your blog post, January a fresh new month, and there were more than 9! Waaaaah! Love getting your blog posts and will try to reply to each and every one.

It’s a great book and your row is beyond adorable! Can’t wait to see what you’ll do with the Minick & Simpson row but I’m sure it’ll look great … perhaps pink buckets?

I love this book, and especially the Bunny Hill row. Darling as always.
And I just took a peek at Page 58. Can’t wait to see what you do with that cute row! :D
I love this book, especially that the proceeds will help so many little ones. Thank you!

I saw this on Corey’s blog a couple of days ago and fell in love with it. How fun the way they’re assigning rows, and it’s so great that this project will benefit hungry kids. What a great project! Looking fwd to seeing more of this one.
