Moda Pillow Talk Day 7!

Happy Monday every one!  It’s day seven of Pillow Talk and it’s Lynne’s turn over at Kansas Troubles!  I can’t wait to read her post!   She’s a tradition at Moda and in the world of quilting.  Can you imagine visiting her house?   I’d come home with a bit of the “prim” in my heart I’m sure.  She has a way of drawing you in with her colors and quilts!

Have you entered to win all the giveaways from the Moda designers?  They are the nicest group of ladies and they love to share.  Some of you are going to win some great, great prizes!

My grand-daughters were over for a bit of sewing during the Super Bowl and they fell in love with my Oliso iron!  I wish you could have heard the chit chat going on around the ironing board this weekend.  “It doesn’t spit all over our fabric Grandma!  Oh, it’s so easy to fill and now I don’t spill water all over!”  The yellow color was a hit.  They loved the yellow but they wished for a pink one for me.  LOL!

Tomorrow is the day we give away the Oliso iron!  Be sure and say “Thank You” today to Oliso on their Facebook page. Leave a comment on my Pillow Talk blog post if you want to be entered in the contest.  Only a few hours left!

You could be the lucky winner and be ironing with this iron by the weekend!

Hi Anne! Getting started on pillow talk a bit late, but it sure is fun! I do have this Oliso iron and I love it. It is the best iron I’ve ever had. I know you have a thing for irons…did Clover ever decide to do a limited edition Bunny Hill travel iron? Well, they should and it should be pink! Pam in Chico

I had this iron and I really loved it but one day after about two years of using it I turned it on and it didn’t go. I don’t know what the problem was and as you can imagine I was really upset especially at the price I payed for it. so I would like another.

I have never seen an iron like this before! Oh my gosh, I would love to win it… I’ve just got a cheaper iron that I bought at a department store, nothing fancy like this one!!

I love the way the Oliso iron lifts itself off the table so you don’t have to worry about it tipping over and the color is great too, but pink would be a phenomenal color.

I enjoy your blog and love all your patterns. What I like best is how everything you do looks so beautiful – Your sewing studio is wonderful and inviting – the photos on your blog are appealing and make me want to buy your fabric and sew! I also have a pastel sewing studio and the Oliso iron would look great in there! I would gladly throw out my old irons that don’t get very hot and that spit everywhere. Thanks for all you do to make quilting so appealing to us all.

I would love to have a Oliso iron. My iron is old as dirt and I have looked and dreamed of a new one. I also love the color, would brighten up my sewing room. Reminds me of buttercups and spring.

I have been in ironing hell for a long time. I have 4 irons that I hate. Please Anne deliver me by sending me this great iron. I will bless you forever!
