I spent the weekend decorating for Christmas like many of you. My husband drug out all the boxes, stacked them in the center of the garage and asked “are you doing the bears this year?” ” Think I’ll skip a year” I said. “Maybe they’re getting a bit old, year after year.”
And then tonight I found these pictures…
“So you’re done now, right? I can put all these boxes away?” “Yes, all finished!”, I said. But that was before I found the photos.
I don’t have the heart to tell him my little friends can’t sit outside in plastic bins. I don’t know where I’ll put them now that all the decorations are up, but they have to come in and be part of our holiday tradition. Call me sentimental. He’s put away all the boxes so I think I’ll just link him to this blog post. Who can resist these bears?
While I’m working on finding a place for my bears, I found another picture for you! Would you like to win a few of these tiny little bundles? Packages of 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″ squares of Lily & Will II!
Leave me a comment and 12 of you are going to win 3 little bundles each of yellow and aqua Lily & Will II! Oh the fun you can have with these little squares! I’ll announce the 12 winners Friday December 3rd!
Have a great week everyone!
Hugs,
Anne
Nice blog post, keep up the good work.
I just love your bears!!! After seeing this blog entry, I was inspired to dig out all of “my” bears. They are actually my grown sons’ bears. They have been waiting around in storage until I have some grandchildren eventually. (I hope) I am always inspired by your ideas, and I look forward to seeing your newsletters. Happy holidays to you and your family.
Just think about what the bears are saying to each other while they are hidden in tubs in the cold garage. You gotta have a heart and free those bears. They are looking for Christmas. Wonderful giveaway
My bears stay out with all tear. They are too precious to pack them away.
I used to decorate with bears, now where did I put them? Yours are all so cute.
I can’t wait for those to come out. I gathered all the green up already. Got a little blue and pink also. Going to be a grandma again but not sure of the sex yet so you know I just had to have a little of it all. Would love to win a little of the new colors.
well, its Dec. 3 and its MY 54th BIRTHDAY! So far, the bestest gift ever, I SLEPT in till 6:00 AM after months of insomnia, getting up at 3/4 am. A great start to a new year! and maybe some cute fabric, would sweeten the day…………..I have my first grandbabies: grandsons, 10.5 months & 7 months, another wonderful gift that keeps giving.
Love the fabric! Would love to win it!
Of course you must bring out the bears!!! They are too cute!!!
I have been out of town for the last 3 weeks and I stil need to take down all the fall decorations. I am itching to put up Christmas and it will include my bears – I love them all.
Merry Christmas! There are so many gifts I could make with those sweet squares of Lily and Wll. Lots of babies who need cozy quilts.
Oh I love Lily and Will. I just made a baby boy quilt with the green and blue. I would love to play with the little squares.! Thanks for the chance. Check out the photo on my blog.
I haven’t decorated yet. Love your new fabric, we find out the sex of our next grandchild on the 15th and then I know what color line to buy…
oh my gosh, I have not decorated at all yet. I was sewing today on some christmas gifts….does that count? Love, love, love your bears …and your Lily and Will! Can I win?
You have so many beautiful bears.
Apparently there’s been an imposter posting for me! Will this comment give me two chances (you know, since I’ve been through the trauma of having my identity stolen???)
P.S. Love those bears!
You have some gorgeous bears. I’m glad they get to come out to join you for christmas. :)
With all the 371 other posts I have to add mine. I love your blog and your designs. If the bears or the squares want to come to Santa Rosa where I live, they will find a very nice home where they are loved and wanted.
I haven’t even started to decorate but now I’m ready thanks to your bears. They really do give one the feeling that Christmas is just around the corner. Thanks for incentive.
Such cute little bears. I am not happy with my christmas set up this year. Something seems to be missing so my 10 year old daughter and I have some serious stitching to do I think :0 I love Lily and Will II too. My best friend had a baby boy on Wednesday and I would love to make them a little something :-)
Those bears are adorable – you must bring them in to enjoy the season and stay warm.
i have a feeling today is my lucky day.
Oh my gosh….LOVE your Lilly & Will fabric line…how cute! Would love to win a pack, or two! Thanks!
I know exactly what you mean about bears and holiday decorating. In my house it’s not bears but snowmen. It seems every year more and more snowmen make their way into my house. I have not decorated for the holidays yet. I am having a “scrooge” year this year. I hope the feeling goes away soon. I know you will find a way to make your Christmas special with or without the bears.
Have a great holiday season,
Denise
Little bear, little bear, where have you been? “Hiding in Anne’s bin’s!”
Thanks for the chance to win these little Lilly and Will beauties!
Lisa L
I just bought my first Bunny Hill pattern and I love it!
Your bear pictures made me smile today :)
Such cute fabric! We don’t want the bears to miss the holidays. Hope they’ll be able to come out.
Love your fabric….I am going to make a baby quilt for my new grandbaby Ella Marie… she will arrive around December 14th.
Those are my fav color ways of your new fabric line. Little squares? Eeeeeek! My bestest block is a 9 patch….. ohhhhh, the fun of piecing those little beauties!
About the bears….they must come out of the bins! You’ll feel so much better when they do. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and stories as well as patterns and ideas…and a chance to win fabric. It’s all so appreciated.
Oh the bears have to be a part of your christmas. Have a Beary Merry Christmas.
Thank you so much for the beautiful patterns that you so generously share with your readers!
I vote for bears!
Hi Anne,
BEARS HAVE FEELINGS TOO! HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND YOURS.
Hugs, Tina x
I am sure you can find a spot for those bears to snuggle up! and thanks for the chance to win those sweet little squares!
Poor little nears waiting patiently all year for their chance to shine-of course they must come out and share the holidays with you. And as for those beautiful fabric samples-they are just wonderful. I live in the United Arab Emirates and pretty and subtle fabrics are none to easy to find so I know I would find a use for them.
I just love your bears! More the merrrier!
Merry Christmas!!
Love the bears and that is from someone who knows bears(I make bears at Build A Bear Workshop). Also love the fabric, I have a new grandson that will get a new project with the squares. Would love to win one of the bundles.
Anne:
You are my favorite designer. Nothing could be sweeter than your bunnies. Thanks for making me smile every day.
Dana M.

So exciting, instead of the 12 Days of Christmas, it’s the 12 lucky winners!! Thanks for the chance.
No matter how old I get I love bears.
tinkerfeet
I’m just like you Anne. I just love my bears. Mind sit out all year long and actually have there own cabinet (and floor space, and wherever else I can sit them without getting in trouble)!
Cheryl
Oh, what gorgeous little fabric samples. These would be gorgeous to make a little quilt from. Please enter me in the draw.
Mandy Hawkins.
How could he look into the beady little eyes of those bears and be able to resist???? Not a worry!! Scatter them all over of bunch them in one group, and nooooooooo not back in their bin!! That would never do!! I had them all over the limbs of my tree one year – there was not one cuter than the other!!!
Did someone say Lily and Will?????
Oh! I love the bears, and I do hope your sweet hubby will go get them for you so they can join in celebrating the season!! I still need to ask my hubby to get my boxes down…wish me luck! ;) I adore your new line of fabric…and just had a baby girl in October…just perfect! I haven’t seen any of the pre-cuts for it–YAY!! Gorgeous stuff!! Your style is just so darn wonderful…keep it up!! You are fun to follow. (I feel “red” like you feel “pink” hehehehe)
michelle
The bears have to get some air. Cute tradition. Give them a hug from me. Arendal (Norway) have now -17 degrees celsius brrr.
Love your patterns. Working on a christmas one now. Hope to finish by next year :). Thank you for always giving us such cute free patterns. Tried a few blocks using wool love them:)

Yes, put the bears out for Christmas!
Cynthia
Put the bears out – it’s Christmas!
Love Lilly and Will!
I am trying to make my decor a little less cutesy this year too. But it’s hard to let go of old things. One thing I was thinking is putting the cutesy stuff in my kids rooms. You could have one guest room where your grandkids are going to stay be the bear room!
I love the Lily and Will fabric!
Hello Anne if you don`t have place for the bears could you send them to me in the Netherlands. here we hace snow and ice and i have heard that bears really love that Have a nice day greetings Jitske
Hi Anne :-) I always enjoy your blog and your designs, planning on starting the stitchery bunny quilt after Christmas – maybe I will be done before Easter :-) Hugs from cold Norway
love the bears – hope you put them out
You have bears for Christmas like I have rabbits for Easter. I love your fabric. Thanks for the giveaway.
My husband is always thrilled when the christmas decorations are finished so that he can get back to the sofa and his tv remote!
I am proud to say that I did put my bears out this year. I don’t have as many as you do though. Merry Christmas!
Oh, as I see your bears, I remember I definitely need to start a collection of my own!
325 comments…goodness do I even stand a chance, well you never know youve gotta be in it to win it.
Karen x
Yeah, seem’s that a family is a family everywhere!
Merry christmas for you, from Brasil.
Love your work!
hello Anne, I would love to win these lovely little squares. thank you Gina from sunny Australia
I love Lilly and Will so much. I have made a bear like these and am on my second! My first bear sits near my sewing machine. Plastic bind are too cold for bears. They need their own quilts. Any ideas?
Have re-read your blog again. Those bears have got to be in…. it’s too cold for them to live in plastic bags outside. Besides, they want to spend Christmas with the family! x x x
Aah! after my heart! We have a collection of sweet bears too. They each have their own costumes dressed for each season. We bring one out at a time Bunny Bear for Easter, Surfer Bear for Summer, Whitchy bear for Halloween, Pumpkin Bear for Thanksgiving, and Santa Bear for Christmas. If your still thinking about a spot from them…how about around the tree! Thanks for another contest.
Oh I can understand the struggle, those bears are so cute to be admired by people of all ages. I also have a bear collection. They are away but not forgotten, I wont get rid of them even if my kids think I SHOULD.. oh no I PLAN TO bring them out again for display someday. I love your new patterns. Would love to use them to redecorate my bears. Or make a quilt to display them on. Sandi
Fun fabric! I need to start dragging the boxes out. I’m jealous you have decorated already.
Bears aren’t allowed to hibernate at my house either! Bring em in I say! Happy holidaysto you.
Yummy fabric. Would be fun to find a project to make with them!!!!
There’s got to be a little spot where you could squeeze those cute bears in! Would love to win the little squares–an early Christmas gift!
wow! i just love your ‘lily and will’ fabrics, especially those 2 1/2″ squares. please count me in, and thank you for this giveaway!
I know how hard it is. I keep saying I’m not
going to get out my collection of Santas every
year, but I do. Hope you hubby doesn’t mind.
Please put my name in for your drawing.
Can we look for a new bom in 2011? I fear you
have spoiled us!
Doris
I love your bears and I love your fabric! Thanks for the opportunity to win!
Gail (malggl@comcast.net)
We decorated this weekend too, I love my Christmas decorations, so many memories, so much love. I would love to work with Lily and Will. I know exactly what I will do with them. A special baby will be happy, if I win.
Your teddies are adorable but now and then we all need to change it up!!! Take a year off and then next year it will be like having something new :) And THANK YOU bunches and bunches for the chance of Lily and Will Charms. I really do know what I would do with them an extra large pinwheel baby quilt. YES! please say it is so you are the sweetest!!
Sindy, Go for it!! They wii be wondering why you don’t love them. I love my bears so much that I have my very first bear, sitting in his own chair on my piano!! Can see him every day. I am now 77 & we have been together a long time since I was at least three. Give yours a place of honor!! You might even forget to put them in the cold, plastic box after Christmas.lol
Oh, I would love to win these. I think I would make a scottie dog pillow out of them. So cute!
I love your bears!! You should make them part of the decorations. Maybe a Christmas bow or babble or two, they could sit on some pine bows or put a few behind them for a back rest. Have them model a miniature Christmas quilt, some santa hats or reindeer antlers ……. it could be endless!!!
I love the bears! I even keep my old Christmas tins and put under the tree until presents are wrapped, and then my grandkids get to play with them!
Oh, those tiny squares would be perfect for a baby bag for baby things! Happy advent from Norway!
Love the bears! I have two Christmas moose (meese?) that go out every year. It’s just not the same without them.
I just cut into my blue & green Lily and Will I. It was hard to do. I’d love to win some yellow & aqua Lily and Will II. Thanks for the chance.
So cute!! Those tiny squares might make an adorable baby blanket for my grandson.
I’m sure your husband won’t really mind getting the bear boxes back out. He probably secretly left them on top so he knows just where they are! Thanks for the chance to win some L & W fabric!
set free the bears, they love Christmas as much as you do.
I love the bears! I have to put out bells every Christmas because they remind me of my Grandma. It wouldn’t be Christmas without them!
Karen
Love, Love, Love this fabric!!! Oh, the fun I could have!! Mary
My grandmother loves bears. Everywhere I go I’m looking for a special one. Those bundles look adorable ;-)Would love to win one! Have a nice day!

Well they would be for my 11th grand-child that we just found out about over the T-day holiday. Lily & Will is just fabulous. So happy those bears got to stay out and enjoy the holiday. Thank you for this opportunity. Polly
I have not seen the cute little 2 1/2 X 2 1/2 squares of fabric. Please put my name in for the drawing. That would make an adorable quilt. Thanks, Tina
These would be perfect for the English paper piecing that I am addicted to! Thanks!
I think the Teddies need to join you for Christmas!!
The 2.5 x 2.5 inch squares are wonderful and I would love to be lucky enough to win them
I am doing the snowbould quilt and really enjoying it I hope you will do another quilt next year
Cheers !! Robin
Every year I have the same dilemma, how do I pare down the Christmas decorations? We have always decorated every nook and cranny of our house and often I hesitate to devote as much time as is needed to the project. I say add the bears! They will make your heart happy. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Wishing you all the best this holiday season! I love to read your blog, I feel like I know you, and you’re so sweet!
Hi Anne, You have to have the Bears in the house! They’re going to be so lonely and heart-broken not to be with you and yours this Holiday season. Thank you for another year of inspiration and I look forward to next year terrific ideas. Have a Wonderful Holiday!
Mary O’Neil
Every year when the decorations come down I find myself saying, “We have too much stuff.” It takes forever to get it all down and arranged. Just the thought of putting it all away again makes me exhausted. I debate over eliminating a few things just to make it a little easier. Then I open a box or see a photo and realize it has ALL become part of the fiber of our Christmas celebration and all of the decorations come out and find their proper homes. Someday, I’ll be too old for all of this, but in the meantime “Let the folly (or holly depending where we are in the decorating scheme) begin.”
I really would love to have some of your bundles.
I’m sure those cutie bears will find places to live throughout your house!! :) And I would LOVE to win those bundles!!!!!
Anne, it wouldn’t be Christmas at your house without the bears so I hope you find a place for them. I would love to win one of the bundles….they are so sweet. Thanks.
Linda
how cute are those bears, you have to have them out for christmas, so adorable. the lily and will squares are also so cute
I hope you do get the bears out. I am done with my decorations–hung the last wall hangings yesterday. I felt pressure to get it done as I start 6 week class for work this week (don’t they know its the holidays)….I am glad I didn’t have any handmade presents to finish this year. Happy Holidays!!!
oooooh, you have to find a place for the bears!!I made bears from my grandmothers’ old mink coat and they are a part of our Christmas tradition (it seems like my grandmother is still here every Christmas). The rest of the year they sit in the childrens’ old bassinet, but come Christmas, they are front and centre, sure hope hubby gets the hint.
Would love to win these squares, what a fun fabric line. They would make a great quilt for a new baby due in the new year.
Love these bears! I have one special holiday bear dressed in a red taffetta plaid that only comes out to play in Dec . I’d love these squares, several babies on there way in my family this year, oh yeas!
Love this cute fabric line. Would love to win some 2 1/2 in squares. A couple of years way back when children were little, I did a bear Christmas tree and put them all in the tree. I made aprons and elf caps for all the bears. Cute tree and many fun memories.
Mary
Oooh! Don’t you dare leave the bears in their boxes. They are absolutely adorable!…Just like lilly&will, by the way. Can’t get the L&W1 collection anywhere in this part of the world and I’m afraid that L&W2 will be just as hard to get….
Merry X-mas.. with the bears!
Thanks for sharing your lovely bears and given your followers the opportunity to win some of your fab fabics
Your bears are lovely but not as nice as your beautiful Lily and Will fabrics. I would love to win them.
I love seeing your bears, so true I can’t imagine my home without them, anytime of the year. I’d love to win the fabric, I would turn it into teeny, tiny hexagons.
Hi Anne I would love to win the cute fabric squares…I love your patterns & fabric. Merry Christmas!!!
My favorite color is yellow so I think yellow goes with everything. I use a lot of yellow in my sewing. I have to sometimes restrain myself when in see a new fabric line that includes shades of yellow because it is way too easy to just order it.
Just love those bears. Love Lily and Will. Would love to win!
i would love for my name to be drawn for some Lily and Will. Yes, you have very adorable bears…a part of Christmas, for sure!
Love the bears! The Lily and Will is my favorite new fabric. I’ve already made a baby quilt (blue) for my grandson, who is due to arrive on Dec. 12. Love the little bundles.
The bears are very cute! A sweet little grandbaby is coming my way in May & would love something from the adorable Lily & Will fabric.
Love bears and really love Lily and Will.
Can’t imagine a Christmas without bears or having to wait for the release of the yellow and aqua Lily and WillII
I love bears and yours need to be a part of the celebration. I also love Lily and Will
Plastic bins are no place for bears at Christmas! Maybe you’ll have to fashion a hammock and hang them from the ceiling, but I happen to know you’ve got plenty of fabric :)
I’d love to win some adorable bitty squares! Please count me in!
The bears are sooooo cute! The fabric is sooooo cute!
hi. love the bears, get right out there and bring them in for the Holidays. I’ve enjoyed the Tisket Tasket blocks so much, looking forward to next year, if you do a block, bears would be good. Hopeing I win your darling fabric, humm, what shall I do with it, never fear, something will come to mind.
The bears are adorable. Thank you for the chance to win your beautiful fabric.
The bears NEED to be inside. Love the giveaway. Thanks for offering these wonderful prizes.
The bears are sweet! And I agree, they just can’t sit out in the cold, cold garage, they must come sit inside and share some Christmas tea.
Wow! would love to win but your right the BEARS must come in!
Maybe you could try something different, like a conga line of bears around the tree! I say the older they look the more they are loved.
Thanks for a chance to win the cute little squares too!

I am sure your bears will be happy to be part of the holiday celebration!!! And thanks for the giveaway….sure would love to win some yellow and aqua!
Sweetsie bears, I too have mine on shelves in our bedroom all year. Dear Husband dated me with a collectible line & hard to find 1 of a kind bear hand made. But they rotate places for Christmas! Angel Teddy Gaberial gets to come to the living room, with all the other angel bears. Thanks for reserving your lovely lilly & will squares for some uf us fingers crossed.
The bears definitely need a place for the holidays. I’m sure Mr. Bunny Hill will bring them in for a “pretty please with honey on top” :) Thanks for the chance to win the super cute as can be little bundles of Lily & Will!!!
Oh Anne thanks for the chance to win the charm squares!!!!! I think your bears would be like my Santas its just part of the Holiday decor and it would not be complete without them.
My favorites right now are precuts, so those squares would be perfect.
I think the bears have to come out! The pictures are so sweet.
I have a little rocking chair that belonged to my children with bears on it. It sits in my dining room and when no one is home I give each one a hug and say hello. Don’t tell, it’s a secret.
Bears and Christmas are made for each other! Thanks for the opportunity to win your fabric bundles. Happy Holidays!
Well, that settles it. I was debating on putting up the “bear” christmas tree this year, but after reading this, I realize there really isn’t any choice. What a wonderful giveaway… I love the fabric.
The bears are sweet…they’ll tell you where they need to be.
I too use lots of stuffed animals for our holiday decorations – They sit amongst wrapped packages on top of our window cornices. Our kids (waay to grown up by now) love seeing their childhood playmates starring in our decorations! I have made holiday vests for some of them to wear!
Would love the chance to win those cute fabric squares. Thank you.
Those cute bears have to have Christmas too.
I think the bears need to share Christmas with you. They are so cute and the fabric squares are just as cute as can be too.
I have some bear I made 30 years ago, they still make me happy.
I really hope you find a place for your bears. Then my bears can send your bears Holiday Greetings!
Of course you have to put out the bears! They are tradition! ;)
I saw Lily and Will yardage this weekend and fell in love with it. I’d really would like to win some Lily and Will II! :)
Thanks for he chance.
Oh, I’d love some little squares! I’ve been making patchwork zipper bags from a Moda ‘sampler box’ from last year, and it’s so much fun. I’d love some more to play with, and I adore the Lily and Will fabrics!
So glad you have decided to bring the bears out!!! I thought this morning I might only put up the little Christmas tree and the looks from the children mean I will need to change my mind!! I would love to win one of those little bundles, thanks for the opportunity.
Those bears are adorable! I used to collect all sizes of bears, but, now my grandchildren have claimed all of them…except for the Stieff (sp?) Bears I bought when I was in Germany. I love your new line! Beautiful!
Love the bears!
I would love some Lilly and Will. Keep creating wonderful fabric.
I too have been decorating with bears for the holdays for many years. My last child has moved away this year and the bears came out for decorating this weekend with a few tears. So Christmas will not be the same anymore with everyone dropping in and out .Love the fabric !
Thank you for the opportunity to win!!! Its always fun to see your creativity.
If you have to rationalize the bears not coming out this year, you could always say they are hybernating.
What ever your decision they are adorable, along with the fabric too.
You are alot further with the decorations than I am.
Hi Anne, Thanks for the chance to win the adorable bundles ~ love your fabric lines, esp Lily & Will! Set the Bears Free!! LOL! Merry Christmas!
I think you need to get those bears up and out! If you have to tell him they are your special guests, maybe a link to the comments here will help him understand the holiday bear love!!!!
I think you must put the bears out for Christmas! They are so cute! Tuck them in places where you’d least expect to find one (next to the coffee maker, on top of a stack of towels in the bathroom, etc!) Love them!
I would make room for each and every one of those beautiful bears. I think they will fit in with any holiday deocrations that you may have. Just like putting out vintage dolls, or ornaments, these bears will become part of your holiday decorations. Don’t keep them locked up in the boxes! Put them out, and let them enjoy Christmas too!
Thank you for the give away. I love this line of your fabric. Very sweet. I love all of your bear photos!
I would LOVE the little bundle, my neice is going to have twins in Dec! Imagine, TWINS! (Love the sweet bears too!)
How nice that they’re already cut into small squares. Makes it so much easier to quickly put together a small quilt. Your bears are adorable and should definitely be brought out for Christmas. Patty E

Gee, I was expecting bunnies but bears are cute too. The bundles are sweet. Is that the candy bar size? Would love to try one. I enjoy your blog and all your cute ideas. Thanks!!!
What a wonderful gift. I never make baby gifts in blue or pink. Who doesn’t love a cheerful yellow? Love your blog and pics.
Oh Anne! You are so generous! I have a teddy bear collection that I have cultivated over the last 20+ years. I even have some lovely bears from the town of Eaton, England. It was a business trip….you should have seen me trying to get them into luggage! In the end, I carried them on board the plane with their heads poking out of a teddy bear bag. The flight crew liked them so much they cut me a lot of slack about not fitting under the seat! ;0

THANKS FOR SHARING! LOVE,LINDA
I love all your beautiful bears – so cute! Thank you for the giveaway!
Bring out the bears! My mom has hers out all year:)
The little squares are precious! I would love to play with some. Thanks for the chance.
I would love to win the bundles. Have never tried making a quilt but would love to try, I really never even sew but for some reason love your blog.
P.S. Please bring out the bears> I love teddy bears especially those in clothes!!
Debbie Kingham
Please, release your cute little bears! I think they want to spend Christmas with you. I just love soft colours of Lily and Will. I’m now working on one project with first range of Lily&Will.
I love these bears! they’re so cute! Thanks for this giveaway! :)
Love the bears. My mom has Christmas bears too. I have Christmas geese :)– I was thinking of making them Halloween outfits so they could stay out longer next year.
My bears live all over the house until the holidays. For a long time they went into hibernation at Christmas, but then I realized that was so unfair AND I hadn’t put any decorations in my bedroom. So, I moved everyone into my room with some sparkly, Christmas stuff and they stay there until the Christmas stuff is put away. Then they go back into the rest of the house to keep the snowmen company. I’m think that this year they all need vests…to keep warm, of course.
Anne, how could you think about leaving out the bears? They are too cute to be stuck in the garage for the holidays!!! Send your hubby back out to bring those babies in…..Will we get to see how you’ve decorated? Can’t wait to see the mini village you started last year again! PS Max and Zoe send doggy kisses to all the fur babies in your house…I think Max still has a crush on Bitsy!!!! Have a nice holiday!
Oooh, yes!! Have to have the bears…how else can you have a “beary” Merry Christmas! ;)
I vote for the bears coming inside for Christmas where it’s nice and toasty!!!
Tradition is important — it felt so good to get everything out this year after putting up very little last year due to remodel projects. Yes, get out the bears :-D
Thanks for offering a give away, crossing my fingers until my husband’s birthday on Friday.
I put bears in my Christmas tree peeking out. They are just so cute. You have to find a place for the bears! The pictures are just too cute.
Thank you for your posts – love your designs so much. Wish for you and your family “happy holidays and memories”
I also use bears in my Christmas decorations and cannot allow them to skip a year! You have to bring them out – They are just waiting. The Lily and Will fabric is so adorable! I can’t wait to get some and make an adorable quilt for some lucky baby!
Bears are so cuddly adorable, aren’t they?! I have a small stash of them I had to put away when my ‘normally’ super dog decided it felt good to place between her teeth & smash and shake them. The rest of the family laughed & voiced how ‘cute’ it was. Like fabric stash, I visit often :)
How did you Christmas bear’s fair? Still in hibernation or visiting? BTW, loved your photos and narrative :)
Please enter me into your little square’s giveaway…in my grab’n’go projects bag I am so into making yoyo’s, these would be perfect!
Happy upcoming December Anne :) Blessing going your way.
In the process of decorating now. Hope to finish today. Keeping it simple – but the Santa’s will be coming out – the snowmen are for after Christmas. That fabric is sooo cute! Would be perfect to win as we just found out we’ll have a new grandchild in July. Those are the colors the new mom has chosen for the nursery! Keeping my fingers crossed!
I am sure those little bears want to be broken free from their containers! I haven’t put up any decorations as I have family visiting from Montana. You are inspiring me, tho’!
I put out my Christmas decorations Friday and I only put out half of them and I think that’s about right for me this year. No snowmen and bears. Less to put away! But there’s always room for new fabric!
Just look at all these cute little faces… Can’t disappoint them can we? My bear is always in my bedroom on the dresser, but then I haven’t got as many as you have! Have a great Christmas!
You must put the bears out! I would love to be in the drawing for the little squares-I was the one at market who told you I just dreamed of making samples for you…
You must decorate with the bears. At our house, it’s the snowmen. If I don’t take them out of their box, I hear nothing but complaints- from the snowmen. ;)
Decorations like those sweet bears become like family when every year they help you celebrate such a wonderful time of the year.
Love all your bears! I need to get out some of mine that are packed away one of these days! Thanks for the chance to win some of your yummy fabric! :0)
I am like you Anne every time I try to edit some of my christmas stuff I just can’t bear to (he he). They are so darling and I know you will find just the right place for them. Hugs Sandra
Bears and bunnies you can never go wrong! Happy holidays, thanks for sharing on your beautiful blog!
Oh my. I was going to leave the bears and bunnies in the big drawer this year. Now they have to come out! I’ll be looking for fresh ribbons for them. I know they would love a fresh quilt too :-)Elaine
How DARLING!! I’d love to win :) Thanks Anne!
I don’t have bears in my decorating scheme for Christmas, but I do have lots of snowmen! Maybe they need some bears to keep them company. I love the Lily & Will II line – thanks for the chance to win!
Anyone with that many gorgeous bears has got to put them out. I’ll bet your husband is expecting this and has them toward the front. Great giveaway! I would love to win! Thanks for the chance!
Yes, it is sad but my bears didnt get out of my christmas decor boxes either this year! My puppy might find them quite tasty maybe next year!
Oh Yes PLEAZZZZZe pick me. I think these little bundles are so cute. I wish they would sell these little cream puffs. They are the perfect size for some english paper piecing and little projects. Can you see me jumping up and down? See; I’m waving my arms as if you were a plane 30 thousand feet up. Sigh alas it never seems to work for me. Love you night before christmas pattern. You talented lady you!
Oh, no, don’t leave those bears out in the garage — they will revolt! Anne, I love your blog — it brightens my day every morning! I can think of so many things to do with Lilly and Will II — thanks for the chance to win!
gotta LOVE the bears… i say they come in ASAP as it’s pretty cold outside even in sunny california.
would LOVE to put aqua and yellow lily and will to good use :-)
Love, love, love the yellow and aqua of Lily and Will II.
Those bears make a cold day warm! Too cute (o:
The bears are sweet but then it’s nice to change it up from time to time too. Do we get to see pictures of all your hard decorating work?
OH yes Anne, FREE THE BEARS! I would be burdened with guilt too thinking they were being ignored for a year. These are not just Christmas decorations. These are teddy bears!!! So hugging cute! I on the otherhand feel bad putting away my fall stuff any earlier than the very last day of November, like my decorations would know the difference!
What is it about these little fabric packs that make them so desirable? (Besides the fact that the fabric is so pretty!) Love em’!
Your pictures bring to mind a song…Today is the day the teddy bears have a picnic. Have a good day!
Love the bears! I have bunnies with little angel wings and one has a baby bunny angel on her shoulder. They stay out all year, so I understand the bit about not keeping them in boxes. Wouldn’t a little quilt made of your new fabs look great with them?
I have a few bears, but your collection looks awesome. Hope the hubby can’t resist either.
I agree you need the bears, they are too cute. Thanks for the giveaway.
I couldn’t leave all those little guys (and girls) out in the cold either! I go through this every year, maybe I won’t set out ‘this’ or ‘that’….then I don’t have the heart to leave anything stored! We cut down our tree on saturday, but not setting it up til my son can come over and help my hubby bring it in…I can’t help it, I like BIG trees :-)
Can’t wait to see some of your pics again w/ your holiday decorations, Ann. Thanks for the giveaway, maybe I’ll get lucky this time around :-)
YAHOO!! Christmas decorations are up and cookies are baked!! Isn’t Thanksgiving weekend just the BEST?? Now, if I can just get to the sewing machine for a few hours of pure love. Have a fabulous December. Thanks so much for starting the “giving season” out with such beautiful gifts.
I just put one of my precious bears by the front door (inside!) yesterday. Thank you for offering to share your fun fabric.
Jodi
Oh all my little bears are in plastic bins too….and they didn’t get out last year…maybe I’ll bring them out this year.:0)
One year I put them in my ( artificial) Christmas trees peeking out from the branches….it was adorable.
Thanks so much for a chance to win those tiny fabric bundles…..what fun can be had with those!
Happy Sewing
I love your blog and especially your fabric! I’m a beginning quilter and have learned so much from you. Thank you for sharing your talent!
I too have a bevy of bears for different holidays and yes they spend much of their time in plastic bins. Must be a common dilemma with us holiday decorators…I also love putting out my Annalee’s at Christmas and they have won out the last couple of years. Maybe this year the bears should return with all of their sweetness!
I so enjoy your blog, want to be you when I grow up. I would love to receive these sweet little squares!
I’ve thought about not putting my Christmas bears out each year for a few years but can’t do it.I have to find a spot for them. They are in just about every room and I always notice them when I am in the room. It’s always nice to see them.
The bears are adorable – I think your husband will HAVE to let them in!
I vote for the Bears!! Thanks so much for the giveaway (I heart Lily & Will).
I really enjoy reading your blog and seeing all your wonderful photos!
Oh, the bears are probably so sad. :D But I am excited at a chance to win one of the little bundles.
Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving.
Love your Lily and Will I don’t have any grandbabies yet but I would love if “Lily & Will” came in Lavender and Green. Possibly by the time I have little babies to quilt for those colors will have been created by you! Maybe I will win some of the yellow & aqua! :) I Love your Blog & I receive lots of inspiration from it.
I have a lot of bears, also that I need to find a place for, thanks for sharing!
Oh, I think I am going to put out my bears too! I would love to have that stack of wonderful fabric!!
I’d love me some Lily & Will! I have a perfect project for it! Thanks for sharing and your blog postings….I love it!!
We have to find a place for the bears; wouldn’t be the same without them. It’s kinda like finding room on the tree for the last ornament. You can do it.
There’s just something about teddy bears that bring a special feeling to Christmas…like angels, dolls, sleds…all those things that give us a ‘warm fuzzy’…
I too have second thoughts about some of my Christmas decorations but then they ALL just have to come out of the boxes! Thanks for the chance to win a little bit of the adorable fabrics. Karen in Breezy Point
Can’t you just tuck the bears here and there in amongst your decorations. They can be the element of surprise. Tuck them in a wreath, in the Christmas tree, in a chair, in a basket, any doll beds? – tuck them in with a cute Christmassy doll quilt; etc. etc. etc. I too would like to be a winner of the mini charm packs. Does this drawing have anything to do with the “12” days of Christmas? LOL HUGS… and stitches
Got to have the bears, it would just not be the same without them. I am sure you will find them a place. The fabric bundles are great.
Oh you need to decorate with the bears. They are so cute! I love bears and Christmas too. I would love to win one of the mini Lily and Will II charm packs, that would be awesome. Merry Christmas.
Of course I’d like to win these little bits! I have a baby quilt to make, and who could resist!
I’m planning to do less this year as well. Baby #3 is due in 3 weeks so I don’t want to have a ton to put away at the end of the season. I can see why you want to have your bears out. They are adorable.
Love the 2 1/2 squares of Lily and Will. Such cute little packages!
Christmas season is upon us
our list are getting done ..hopefully
I would just love a sampler of Lily and Will to complete my projects for Christmas …can’t wait for the last block of the month so I can display my Snow men quilt for the finishing touch !
Thanks for getting these 2-1/2 squares all ready for me!! Now I just need to win them and sew them. Kathie L in Allentown
I am a teddy bear collector with at least 1 bear in every room, even the bathrooms. I have over 100 bears smiling year round and for the holidays I used to decorate a tree with just bears but for the past few years I always bring my Christmas bears out but not for a tree. We always go back to Canada for the holidays so we decorate just 1 big tree now. I used to make mohair bears but since I started quilting and started embroidering again I’ve not made a bear in about 5 years and my knitting and crocheting projects have been few and far between. You know what…..in the new year I’m going to make a new bear. I think it is time. Thanks Anne….you are always inspiring me.
I’ve got some Lily and Will charm packs and a green layer cake already and my yardage should be arriving at Cori’s quilt shop shortly. My niece and I are making Park Lane with the green border. Would love to win the aqua and yummy yellow bundle of Lily and Will II. Thanks for the chance Anne, have a wonderful day.
My bins are down from the garage but not opened up yet. My MANY Santas (get a new one every year) will take over this week. LOVE the little fabric bundles!!
Awww, how cute!
Those charm squares would be perfect! We are expecting a new grandbaby in March! This makes 5 precious blessings! The colors are perfect as the baby will be a surprise!
Eek! You can’t keep the bears put away? Remember Toy Story?
Thank you mucho for the giveaway!
Of course you have to have bears, they can have their own Teddy Bear’s Picnic (Christmas of course), even if it is in another part of the house, it can be a search for the bears time.
As for that lovely material, like everyone else I love your fabric and would love to win it. Thank you so much.
Eeek! I hope I win! These are so cute!
I think the little bears really want to be a part of this year’s Christmas…
These bears are so cute! Would love to win the squares!!
What beautiful bears ….. and of course the fabrics is gorgeous as well.
I can only imagine what your home looks like decorated for the holidays!
I think that you can’t leave the bears in hiding for Christmas! They are all soo nice!
I just LOVE bears!
The Lilly and Will fabric squares are nice too!
Del
Anne, I was wondering what those little voices I kept hearing were…now I know it was your bears, calling to you from their storage bins. One of them suggested that maybe if they sang some Christmas Carols it would cheer them all up, but it didn’t help much. They really want to join your other Christmas Decorations!!! I’m very sentimental things tug at my heart very easily. Your bears certainly do!!! OH, now you know your bears better than I do of course but one little rebel in the bunch didn’t want to sing Christmas Carols so he was singing “The Teddy Bears Picnic” song instead, LOL. Do you remember that song? When I was a little girl I had an old 45 rpm record of that song and I would play it on the little record player in my room over and over again until my folks would tell me ‘enough was enough’. While it played I would sit my rag dolls, teddy bear and the few stuffed animals I had in row on the bed and pretend we were having a sing along, with the Teddy Bear in charge, LOL. I hadn’t thought of that song and my ‘sing along’ for a very long time until I read your post today. What a great memory…thanks so much for reminding me of that delightful time. I hope your hubby reads your post and understands that you really want your bears to be part of your Christmas Celebration! Hugs… OH, and I love the little bundles of Lily and Will, so many idea’s of how to use them are dancing through my head but I think if I won I would just have to sit them out in my sewing room (where all my most beloved stuffed animal now reside, LOL) and enjoy seeing them and carefully fondling them for a while. Thanks so much for a chance to have them! Good Luck to everyone!
I just have to tell you one more thing…I watched the movie Toy Story 3 a couple of nights ago and I have this picture in my head of the your bears coming up with an escape plan and making their way to your Christmas tree and all being in their places, smiles on their little faces, surprising you when you walk into the room, LOL. Sorry, it’s just the way my mind works!!!
This collection is the perfect blend of childish elegance. Love!
Greetings from Northern Saskatchewan CANADA!
I love bears too! I have a collection of Ty Christmas Beanie Babies and Buddies that only come out for a few weeks a year! I’m glad you are going to get your bears out too! I adore Lily and Will and would love to have a gift from you – thanks so much if you choose me!
I would love a charming little bundle to show up for my Christmas stocking! I think the bears should come inside. My son’s nutcracker collection made it out for the first time in a couple of years and I’m really enjoying them!
I don’t bring the bears out – because I never put them away- Get those little bears in- They just make me happy
Anne, I love your bears, especially the little one in the cute frilly pajamas. They definitely need to be out and enjoying the holidays with you. Be sure to show us how you decorated. Your so talented that I would love to see what you have done. We are going to have a high today of 38 degrees today. Definitely puts me in the “Christmas” mode. Would love to win a bundle of Lily and Will. Have already picked up some pieces at the local quilt shop so I already have border fabric.
Anne, I would love to win those little squares. They would make a sweet blanket for one of my little bears.
We always have a real tree that we cut ourselves and as you know when they grow in nature they are not always perfect, that’s where our bears come in, they get to hang from a branch to cover a hole in our tree. It just wouldn’t be christmas without them. I think the Lily and Will would make a great 4 patch or 9 patch baby quilt.
Every Christmas I do that with something, then the decorations are up and something is missing. I’m the one to haul it all out, so I haul out whatever it is I left in the box and put it out. Traditions.
bears… helped my 78 year old mom put up her christmas tree, had to move her bear collection of over 100 bears . we moved the bears so we could decorate the tree with more bears and then placed some of her collection under her tree. she was so happy .
Tiny little bundles would make great baby bear quilts (or in my case baby bunny quilts). I keep my bunnies out all year. Couldn’t “bear” to pack them away!
Somehow I think Mr. Bunny will understand your need for the bears. The misters are good at digging out boxes for us. Very darling little bundles of fabric.
I have so many bears that many also “reside” in plastic boxes too. I just can’t seem to part with them. Their little faces and the look in their eyes just grab my heart. Thanks for the opportunity to win some really cute fabric squares!
I would love to have these adorable fabric squares. I have three grandchildren and could make them something sweet with them. Thank you!
This year i was thinking of scaling back a little with our decorations as well. We have so much, I was thinking of going for a much simpler look but after seeing your post about your bears I wonder if i will be able to resist putting out some of our family favorites. Thanks so much for the opportunity to win a bundle of your new Lily and Will, I would love to add these to my collection.
You cannot leave the bears out. they are so cute so are those mini!!!
I love those bears – I have a collection of bears myself! The minis are so cute too! thanks for the chance to win some!
Love the butter yellow fabric. My niece is having a girl in April so guess what I get to use the lovely pink Lil & will for a quilt! I can almost hear your bears cheering when you bring them back.
I love your teddies….I have a few that I have collected too. I love them. Its good to see them sitting on a cupboard top.
Oh, who wouldn’t LOVE some little bundles of Lily & Will!!? :) I certainly would!
And the bears are quite cute. How old is the oldest in your collection. My mom recently found her childhood bear while going through things at my grandparents house. He’s a little worn around the edges, but the love he reminds one of….just heart warming.
The bears really need to come out. =)
Thank you for the great giveaway! I love this line!
Oh, those bears realy ‘deserve’ to see the Christmas tree again :-).
Thank you for the give-away, I think the fabric is lovely, but haven’t seen it ‘in real live’ so far. I don’t know if there are Dutch shops selling it yet. So this chance to win is greatly appreciated.
Dutch hugs.
Oooh I love this line. I’m going to make a quilt for my nephew in it but I’d love some more of it for my stash. :)
Hi Anne, I would be “thrilled” to win a Lily & Will bundle. Can’t seem to find it in the shops here in the U.K.Happy Holidays
Lovely bears and lovely lil pieces of fabric from the sweet line of Lily and Will! I am sure the bears want to come out for Christmas! They are ‘family’ aren’t they? Let them join your family around the house! Surely there are spots for them all :)
I am planning for a baby this coming year and am planning to make a quilt with the Lily and Will fabrics! How apt to come across your giveaway! Would love to win these unisex colours for my baby :) Happy holidays!
Wow these bears deserve to be on show. Those little squares would make a great bag
I love the pictures of the teddies…I can’t BEAR the suspense waiting for your giveaway to be drawn…lol… :) Happy crafting, Jenny
Lovely teddies, please let them join in the fun. The mini charms are so cute!
So sweet * the fabric AND the bears :) Thanks for sharing!
xo Patrice
The bears are adorable. Let us know if you put them out.
Bears and bundles….oh my!
Christmas is all about traditions – new or old! Hope your bears will have a chance to celebrate, too! Those Lily & Will squares will make a happy addition to my stash! Happy Holidays!
Hi Anne,
There are just so cute! Don’t let them sit in the plastic bins, please. I’m sure you’ll find a nice warm place for them, somewhere…….
Many greetings,
Inge from the Netherlands
The bears wants Christmas too :) This is a lovely giveaway. Wish you a peacful advent time.
OOh yes hubby, please bring the poor bears in. I would love to win some Lily and Will also.
I have a little girl who would love a play with those bears. I’ve just seen some of Lily and Will in my local quilting store in Australia, at the moment the problem is that it is an hours drive away so to win some would be a wonderful surprise.
I would love a little of Lily and Will! And please, I cannot BEAR a christmas without the furries.
Your bears are so sweet! Wishing you a great holidays season!
Oh, how can you bear(!!) to leave those lovely bears outside in the cold. My bears live in the house all year round, well most of them do; I have to admit that there are just a few in the loft. I’d love to win some of the Lily and Will squares. I made a baby quilt with the fabrics I won in Angela’s give away a while back and that has found a good home, so it would be nice to make another to keep for when it’s needed.
Oops. I meant to say dolly blanket, not folly.
It’s true. The bears must come out for Christmas! Afterall it is tradition, right?! I just love all your creativeness and would love to win because Lily and Will squares would make the cutest folly blanket for my granddaughter Gigi who is 3 1/2!
Ohhhhh how gorgeous they are. I can hardly wait until they are available here in Oz
I would love to win 3 sets of fun Lily and Will squares from you. I still use my bears to decorate with even though they are
not as in as they used to be. Our grandgirls love to dress the bears in some clothes made by my husband’s auntie…it is a very
fun thing they look forward to at each visit. Sometimes they have school with the bears in a circle. Thanks for a chance to win some fun goodies.
I am sure he wont mind taking the bears out, and seeing as its tradition, you have to find a place for them. The one with the white clothes and pink paws can go in your studio. Have a wonderful Christmas.
We decorate our tree with bears and big red ribbons every year – I’d be lost without them!
My son & daughter-in-law just found out that she is pregnant and when I took them to my favorite quilt shop (Holly Hill) to pick out fabrics for the babies quilt they chose Bitsy & friends as their pattern with Lily & Will fabrics to go with it! I love what you do and am so excited to share it with my grandbaby to be! Thank you for all you do!
PS: You’ve got to let the bears out! Maybe your husband won’t notice LOL!
Wow heaps of your beautiful patterns are now available here in Australia…. I would LOVE to win some of your beautiful fabric too…
Thanks
Sandyn
Pick me! Pick me! I’m cutting up my scraps into 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″ squares and there’s plenty of room for Lily & Will II!
If you would like to throw your bears a transatlantic christmas holiday, their welcome to join my teddies at our house in The Netherlands :) Maybe a Lily and Will quilt will prevent them of getting homesick, so the bundle would come in handy :P
Regards,
Inge
Your bears remind me of the ones my mother used to put out, and just today, my 2-year-old grandson came to help me set up the Christmas tree and he put Santa hats on the bears here and set them up in the sleigh under the tree. I think we have a new tradition! Thanks for the giveaway, I hope I win as I have another grandchild coming in the new year that those squares would be perfect for.
I agree, You aren’t done decorating for Christmas until the bears are out. I would love to win one of these prizes. Thank you for sharing with us. Take care and God bless, Cory
Beary Christmas! Thanks for your generous spirit, as always.

Oh my goodness! Thank you for the fun giveaway! Can’t wait to see the new colors of Lily and Will! :o) And yes – get the bears in soon!!! :o) Hubs will understand! Bari
Oh I do hope you bring the bears in out of the cold. I think I spotted a Muffy Vanderbear in her jammies among your furry friends! Sprinkle them around! Maybe give a couple of them Santa caps!
Love the Lily and Will bundles!
Oh how cute – the bears and the bundles! I feel so sorry for those poor little bears. I do hope they are brought inside and put on display!
i bring my bears out at Christmas too so it would be a shame to let your furry little guys celebrate the season cooped up and missing the festivities…it reminds me of the magic of the holiday season and how we all can be kids at heart!
love your generous giveaway squares!
You are right, nobody can resist these cute bears. These little Lily and Will treats are adorable too. I want to touch them, send them to me and they will have a wonderful Christmas at my house, lol.
Alda, Fl
Are you telling me that “this” friday is Dec. 3??? When did that happen??
Oh please bring the bears in for Christmas! I especially love old tattered bears that have a story to tell. I hope we get to see your tree….is it pink?
Ooooo! What fun little bundles!! I’ll happily put them to good use! Love your bears, too! Reminds me it’s time to get the Santa and Mrs. Claus costumes out for my bears.
Ooooo! What fun little bundles!! I’ll happily put them to good use!
Oh my Oh my, those little squares are in my very favourite colours of Lily and Will, thanks for the chance to win…

Oh wow those are such cute little squares. Just think of the fun things we can make!
I, too, can’t leave a lot of family decorations in the boxes for even one year. Sentiment rules every year.
You simply must include the bears! Lily and Will would be so disappointed without them!
Teddys and Christmas just naturally go together!
Of course the bears have to come out to play…with the Lily and Will fabrics of course! They can have a picnic on a quilt made from the little squares!
We’re not decorating for a couple of weeks, so I could whip up that little quilt for my bears…
Kathy in GA
Glad your bears are coming out of the bins! Would LOVE to play with those Lily & Will squares…thank you for the chance to win them!
Wish I had my decorating done – love your bears. Thanks for a chance to win fabric squares of Lily and Will.
Bears remind me of Christmas also. Haven’t seen Will & Grace fabric in person yet, so winning the squares would be fun.
Fortunately one can always find room for bears. Would love some of your little fabric squares to see what I can do with them. Thanks for offering us a chance to win.
I bet your home is just gorgeous and I’m sure you’ll find the perfect place for your bears. Just love your new fabric. Can’t wait to get some of it.
Love the bears…I change the one in my little rocking chair with the seasons…not sure anyone but me notices….but they make me smile. Love the tiny squares.
oooo!! bits and pieces!!!
The bears are really cute. The fabric would be a wonderful birthday present for me on my birthday.
Bears must not hibernate! Love these little pieces of fabric, thanks for the offer!
I’m for putting the bears out. They look sooooo sweet!
Free the bears! The bears need to celebrate the holidays too :0)!
The mini charms are great. My 11-year-old thinks you should decorate with bunnies.
Oh the bears MUST come out for Christmas! They are darling! And I LOVE the little fabric bundles. Yes Please!
Oh, you’re right. The bears can’t stay in a dark box on these cold winter nights. I would love to win those Lilly and Will stacks.
Oh how I wish I would win this one. Lilly and Will is gorgeous! And the bears are sweet too.
Those bears are so cute. They really need to come out the garage. I especially like the little one in the red and white check dress. I wish we had more time between Thanksgiving and Christmas. So many things to do and so little time. Thank you, Karen M
I’m glad your bears will find special places around your home for the holidays. They are so cute! Speaking of cute — what a fun pack of Lily & Will fabrics. Oh the projects that could be made with them!
the little guys have to come out! it’s too cold in the garage! I would love to win these little squares. perfect for little crib quilts for the granddaughters dolls. soooo very pretty!
thanks for putting my name in the hat!
Lorene
We have a collection of stuffed snowmen that go on top of a tall curio cabinet. Like your bears, I can’t imagine Christmas without them.
oh, those little squares look like so much fun. love the photos of the bears.
So glad the bears made the cut (G)!!!! My Mom is 88 years young and each year I decorate a tree for her and it is FULL of Teddy Bears. Guess you can always find room when you are young at heart!!! Happy Holidays dearest Anne. XXX
You have to bring in the bears! It is much too cold for them to not be inside by the fire for the holidays!!!
Maybe you could make a bear sized quilt out of Lily and Will to put out with the bears! :)
There’s always room for the bears, you will find the perfect spot! I’d love to win some Lily and Will II. I just found out we will be grandparents again in the spring, little yellow and aqua squares would be fun to play with! Thank you sew much!
I’m surprised those adorable bears ever go into hibernation. They are sweet enough (and no trouble, I’m sure) to stay out all year! And the Lily and Will fabric is wonderful!!
I wonder who has more bears out at Christmas, you or I? Love to decorate w/the bears!
I know how you feel about the bears – I have to put mine out each year. Would love to win the
Lily and Will fabrics. Count me in.
Thanks and enjoy your holiday season!
The bears are adorable! Definitely must come in to be a part of the season :o) Would love to win some of your lovely fabric line!
I have a feeling the bears will be free soon!
Thanks for the chance to win the little Lily and Will squares -they are so sweet!!!
I have a new grandchild arriving in the spring and would love to make a quilt that would include those lovely little squares. I am sure the bears want to come out for Christmas!
I heart your bears! I am sure that you can figure out where to put them.
I also think the itty bitty Lily and Will squares are precious. I know I could find a great use for them. Thanks for sharing!
I really like Lily and Will fabrics. I make a lot of baby quilts and they are perfect!
Love the bears! With me it is snowmen (and ladies!) I don’t have nearly as many snowpeople as you have bears but I do love them! Oh and those ‘cupcakes’ are adorable. I own a few in other lines. Too cute!
I did a quilt with Lily & Will I and loved it. I’d love to play with this collection!
I think Bears are definatly required this time of year!
I’m collecting the bears for many years, too! My special bear is the one I adapted into my bear collection when my son was born weighing only 2 lbs 9 oz. This bear looked so big at the time, but now it’s tiny after 12 years. I love the yellow in Lily & Will II!
Ooh … 2 1/2″ squares … how perfectly cute! I’d love to win them … and my bears will be front and center this Christmas … as always.
Janet
oh the bears don’t want to stay in their bins .. they want to enjoy christmas also! Besides they might want to play a little with lilly and will!
Those Squares are so cute..I love this range it is so pretty…
I’m sure you will be able to squeeze your little bear family in somewhere…
cheers
Hi Anne:
I, too, have plastic bins full of teddies. I think they need to come in this year to decorate our home for the holidays. Thanks for the idea!
Please include me in your drawing for the sweet Lily and Will 2 1/2″ square packs. I’d love to be a lucky recipient!
Have a grat week.

I am SO in love with Lily and Will – and those cute mini-charm packs would be such a good baby present for me (my baby is due in 3 weeks!)
I love bears and Lilly and Wil! I have my own collection of bears that I rotate with the seasons, and dh told me today that we need to make our annual trip to Boyd’s Bear Country for my new bear! Thanks for the drawing.
LOVE your Christmas bears! I, too, have some Christmas bears and I can empathize with thinking about not getting them out, but they do make you smile
Free the bears for Christmas, Santa will thank you!
Who wouldnt love even a smidgen of a little bit of childhood and babiness that I see represented in Lily and Will??? I would love a taste of them.
I love the bears as well by the way- let em out to enjoy the loving spirits of the season too!!!!
Thanks!!!
Oh yes I think those cute bears need to come out of the plastic containers too. You can never be to old for bears.
Bears can’t be put away at Christmas! They would be so sad! My bears would love to play with a little bundle!
I would love to win the fabric squares. The bears have to come out. I love my bears too!
Christmas wouldn’t be the same without the bears!
I simply love this new range and would love the chance to win one of the oh so cute little packs.
I agree, the bears are too cute to spend Christmas alone =) I would love to use your new Lily and Will collection. It’s just GORGEOUS!!
I’d love to win some. . . this line is so pretty~ Thanks so much . . . Amy R
Oh, I’m glad I am not the only one with that dilemma. Sentiment gets us every time.
I’d love to win some of Lily and will II. My fingers are crossed.
Love the bears. I have some come out and play at Christmas too. Would love the Lilly and Will fabric squares.
Are the bears out yet? They are adorable. Yes, I would love to see the colors of Lily & Will II in person!
Christmas without bears? That would be unBEARable!
I especially like the one in the white lace-trimmed outfit. SO sweet. :D
I like the “bear sleepover” idea, too. It would be a great excuse to stay up all night and eat pizza.
Yellow and aqua Lily and Will sounds like a whole lot of fun! Thanks for sharing :-) Happy Holidays!
Oh what sweet little buddles of joy these are!!!!!!!
Yes I think you definitely need the bears, can’t leave the poor dears out of the fun! I love those mini charms so much, I have my fingers tightly crossed!!
I’m going to be a grandma in a few weeks! I’m so excited! I know I’d love to make my first grandchild something special. I love your designs, patterns, and fabrics!
I haven’t seen little squares that size, I think I could have some fun with those!
I agree about the bears, they would be bummed to be left out of all the Christmas fun.
Great Bears! They all have to come out and play for the holidays. Have a good holiday season to you and all.
Surely you have a spot for the bears somewhere! They really are cute. Merry Christmas!
Gayle
If no one is in the guest room have a bear sleepover! I love your lilly and will! I have a layer cake that I havent had the nerve to cut into yet.
I’d love to win some tiny squares/rectangles! (Love all the bears!)
Happy holidays! So nice of you to share with your readers.
Oh, I think you have to find a place for the bears. They are way too adorable.
