Today is Bitsy’s Birthday!

I’m never too busy to say

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Bitsy!  She’s 15 today!

Oh my goodness I love her so much!

She’s gray, deaf, and has a few more scars, but someday we’ll  be just like her.

Only,

We won’t have a button on our backs!

Happy Birthday Bitsy Button Sutton!

Go ahead stand in the grass and bark to have me carry you inside.  I don’t mind at all!

You’ve earned it!

XXX OOO  from your mom!

Happy birthday, Bitsy. You are obviously a much loved little dog. I know just how your “MUM” feels about you as I feel the same way about my little Honeybunny dog. I wish you many more birthdays. Hugs, from Sandy.

Oh my goodness Anne, I’ve made a TERRIBLE mistake!!! I ordered 3 spools of the Cosmo Multi Work Embroidery Floss in Redwork Red to do my Snowbound blocks with…I received the thread today and have been sitting here stitching for about an hour and I already know I won’t want to stitch with any other floss ever again!!! It is like stitching with silk, my stitching has never looked so straight and even…I mean, seriously, what is a girl to do??? I have two baskets, yes I said baskets and they are not small either of DMC floss. My gosh, I don’t start drawing my retirement for 2 years so the entire collection is out of the question. ***sigh*** this was a serious mistake Anne…but I’m sooooooo glad I made it, LOL. It is heavenly to stitch with. Though I will still be using my DMC for the pastels I need for my Helen Stubbings “Nice People, Nice Things” stitcheries along with some others that aren’t redwork, until I can order more. BUT, when I can, probably after the holidays, I will be ordering at least a few pastels to work with. In the mean time I will be spreading the word to any of my friends that stitch…Cosmo is the only way to go! Hugs… OH, and thanks for the taffy, yum!!!

Happy, happy birthday to you Bitsy and happy tomorrow too. You are lucky that your family gives you so much love. I’m gray, deaf, and have quite a few scars too, but lucky too because my people love
me. Maybe because I make them pretty quilts with
    bunnies on them.

Happy Birthday Miss Bitsy……..have a great day Bitsy Button…. hope Mom is having a great day too. Is she looking stressed?? Hope not…. Does she look like she needs a hug? She is a very busy girl right now….give a little bark and give her a hug. Hope you are enjoying a few extra goodies on your special day.

Wow, that’s a senior doggie! Does she get discounts at the pet store, LOL? How lovely she’s been your beloved companion for such a long time. Happy Birthday, girl!

Bless her little heart and cute buttoned bottom. Happy Birthday Bitsy. Like your mom says, it is perfectly okay to make her carry you…after all, if she were YOUR age (105 in doggie years) you would probably be pushing her around in a wheel chair, shouting at the top of your lungs so she could hear you barking. Anne, your a very good mom!!! Hugs to you and Bitsy both, plus a birthday scratch for Bitsy. Ummmm, about the ‘deaf’ thing though…my Friskie is deaf as a stump, but it’s the strangest thing…she can hear a single cheerio hit the kitchen floor from the other end of the house when she is sound asleep. So watch for those tale, tale signs that some selective hearing could possibly be involved here, LOL.

Ohhh, she’s adorable, so so cute!
Hope she has a wonderful day, but I’m sure her best day is everyday staying next to you….

Happy birthday Bitsy!!!! My four shih-tzu say you look very pretty in those pictures….
