Getting Closer To Market!

You know it’s getting close to market when new products start showing up!  Look at what arrived at my door this week from Lecien!  “Seasons” from Cosmo!  A beautiful new line of variegated embroidery threads with so many pretty colors!

I think I’m in love!

The pinks alone are enough to make me happy!   The variegated look like so much fun!   I’m going to give these a try very soon.

Cosmo has three new colors they have added to the 2 strand multi-work floss;  redwork red, redwork blue, and redwork green.  So many of you have asked for a redwork red.  I can’t wait!

And if that isn’t enough excitement, EQ7 is coming!  If you use Electric Quilt be sure and ask your local quilt shop to order the upgrade for you.  There are 79 new features!

Oh Spring Market, I love the excitement!

I’ll be telling you all about our preparations soon!  Bunny Hill is getting ready for Spring Market too!

Hugs,

Anne

Anne, Oh my gosh! The new “Seasons” Colors are just beautiful. I’m working on Helen Stubbings “Nice People, Nice Things” embroidered quilt blocks and I’m doing them in mainly pastels and variegated colors…oh how I wish Seasons was available right now!!! They are perfect! But I’m sure I will have other projects they will be perfect for when Seasons is available to us. I’ve loved variegated threads, floss and yarns since my mother first taught me to crochet and embroidery at 7 years old, so these will be a ‘must have’ for me. So yummy, I can’t wait!!!
Hugs coming your way Anne, now I’m off to check out all the pet photos! Talk to you in a few weeks!

Love the new Cosmos floss. I am very excited that there will be one for redwork. Also didn’t I tell you Pauline was wonderful? Why do you think I call her “Pauline The Magnificent” (or PTM) when I speak of her?? I’m glad you found each other!!

I love these! Where can I buy them? They are just what I have been looking for. I bought some hand died ones and they “bleed” all over my fabric. Darn it all!! Thanks for sharing.

Oh my! Look at all those pretties! I’m going to have to stop blog-hopping, because my list of ‘wants’ is getting longer and longer. Did I mention that I HAD to start crocheting a pink afghan after seeing yours?

They are beautiful! Where does one buy Cosmo thread? Is it available in the US?
I live in Puerto Rico and have never heard of this brand.

    Thank you for sharing.

Eek! You are such a tease. I’m loving this. I wonder if they’ll come on the spool too. I think that is a wonderful innovation. Hope to see you at Market. Just got my Moda book–

I love the embroidery threads you’ve shown us! I’ve always had a love of variegated thread – what a pity that Cosmo isn’t readily available in Australia. At least I’ve never seen Cosmo brand thread in all my years of buying embroidery thread.

Oh my Oh my….so many luscious colors…makes me want to sit and stitch…BUT yard work is way ahead of me and next week is the garage sale and my husband wants his garage back….which means all that stuff I bought to put in my booth at the antique mall has got to go (he had already made me give up the booth..2 years ago) I am finally at the point where my stuff is owning me sooooo it goes unless I absolutely can’t live w/out it. Anyway I will be hunting down that thread….hot weather is just around the corner for Kansas!

Can’t wait for market …. to get my hands on the new fabric and trims…..hear my foot tapping???? (smile) have a great weekend!
