Thanks to all of my wonderful readers, I will now be able to have Thanksgiving at my house! Remember all the spools you saw on my dining room table?
Well, early this morning it looked like this…
And as of now, it looks like this…
I think I can add some china to the table now! Yes, it’s true we are almost sold out of the spools. I caught Brigette sneaking her little stash out to the car because she was afraid I would sell them (actually I did sell one).
Now here’s the good news. Since you seem to like the smaller spools, I’ve ordered a few more. They take several weeks to get here so be patient. I’ll let you know when they arrive.
If you want to test your comments to see if they are coming in as [noreply-comment@blogger.com] leave a comment on this post. If I don’t respond you’ll know you need to update your blogger account with your email.
Now here’s the best news. In a few days I’ve be having a giveaway. Guess what it might be? Have a great day everyone!
Hugs,
Anne

I would like to test my account. Please email me back. thanks :0)

Hi Anne. Great hint and I would like to test too. thanks
I'm so glad you ordered more smaller spools…only the larger sizes were left when I went to shop! I'm also afraid I missed out on the Bella swatch card while out of town…or are there any more of those?
The spools are charming. I guess I should have jumped on ordering them because I am obviously not the only one who likes them. I'll just have to wait until the next shipment. Unless…
I should not have waited on ordering either! I like all sizes, I should jump on them quick!

Just testing!
Lucky for me I'm able to find these lovely spools close to home. I have quite a little collection.
If you could test this, I'd appreciate it. Have to tell you that I am loving the BOM – I'm on track too!!!! Thanks for your generosity! piece…
Nice as those spools are, they'd be a little dry for Thanksgiving!
I wonder if your giveaway will involve spools? When we were in England several years ago, we visited a small museum where a gentleman was making wooden spools as they were done many years ago. I was working parttime at a living history site then (back home in MN) and he kindly made one example each on his lathe of the various steps that it takes to make a wooden spool for thread. Someday I'll share those on my blog but I am still unpacking boxes from our move almost three years ago. It will be fun when I "unearth" them. :-)
i would like to test this – the problem is if u dont respond, i dont kniw how to update my acct – dont even know hwere to go to such a thing- do i have to be a blogger??? becasue i am not

Anne, love your spools, but do agree the turkey does need a little room on the table….lol!
I would like to test my account so thanks for emailing me back if you can!
Your spools are very nice! I too collect them!
Thank you!
congratulations on selling all those spools, and a 'well done!' pat on the back to your assistant for the idea.
I loved how all of the spools looked on your table. It looked like a little cottage factory. Can't you just see your sweet pups donning wings during the night and spinning strands of gossamer threads onto them? :) My imagination gets the better of me at times.
WooHoo — congratulations on selling so many spools! Might the giveaway be involving a spool or two???
Testing my account. PS: Love your blog! And, the monthly bunny pattern!
Testing please!
