It’s been a week of travel and fun! Brenda (Acorn Quilts) and I have been to Austin, California and Oregon! Then on Tuesday it’s back to California! We started in Austin with a visit to see Emma Jolly! Her mom and dad happen to own the Fat Quarter Shop, but we didn’t go to see them. This little girl is so special we went to see her! Sorry mom and dad! It’s all about Emma!
Then it was back to California for a lunch with Pam (Pam Kitty Morning) and Elizabeth (Late Bloomer) and a visit to In Between Stitches, that wonderful quilt store in Livermore, California! Pam treated us to lunch and it was a good thing because I spent all my money in the quilt shop (:
Then off to Oregon for the Sister’s Quilt Show and antiquing! Chelsea came along, rode in her car seat the whole trip with her best friend Noel next to her. I’ve posted pictures so you can come along with us!

Love the Quilters Parking sign! Priceless! LOL
I totally want to go to Ruthie B’s. Hmm, now how long does it take to drive there? Love the photos. The dogs look so cute.
Obviously I should have followed your car out of town! Looks like you hit some awesome spots. And had great company with you as well.
What a wonderful trip! Love all the pictures, especially the doggies and Ruthie B’s.
I feel a road trip coming on….I wish!! LOL
Sounds like a great trip! Thanks for al the wonderful pictures too!
I didn’t know Kimberly was a new mom. I love the Fat Quarter Shop. It’s one of my favorite on-line shops. The dogs looked like they had lots of fun. Tater Quilts looks like a great store. Too bad I can’t make it there when I’m in Oregon in August.
Oh my gosh, I so wish I could have been right along with you, those are all my favorite people. Pam is AMAZING, Elizabeth is incredibly talented, Kimberly is my Hero. I am so excited to see pictures of Emma, what a darling little girl. I hope my mom doesn’t see these pictures. Kimberly and I are practically the same age.
